Colchester Hockey Club is currently working towards gaining ClubsFirst accreditation, which is England Hockey's mechanism to demonstrate that a club provides a 'safe, effective and child friendly' club environment. The club is bound to adopt certain policies and procedures as part of its affiliation to England Hockey.
